Enforcement Policy

Thispolicy describes how Tadkalive's Terms of Service policy is enforced by the service administrators. All users must read the Terms of Service policy to ensure they are aware of all the rules and guidelines, and agree to abide by them. Tadkalive's enforcement policy is as follows:

Any behavior or posting of content that is deemed illegal by the service administrators will result in immediate account termination.
If a member is found to be in violation of the Terms of Service including, but not limited to, posting objectionable or copyrighted images, flooding chat rooms, etc., corrective actions will be taken (i.e., offending materials will be removed) and a warning issued.
A second violation of the Terms of Service will result in immediate account termination.

Service administrators have the right to terminate accounts with no prior warning if, at their discretion, they determine a violation warrants immediate termination.
