1. I can't log in to my account.
Please verify you using the correct username and password. We also recommend clearing your Web browser's cookies and temporary Internet files and then try logging in again. If you have already tried these methods, check to make sure your profile still exists by finding your profile on the site. If you cannot find your profile, it may have been deleted. Tadkalive may delete profiles if they violate the site's Terms of Service.

2. I forgot my password.
Retrieve your password by clicking here and following the instructions. You will need to have a valid and current email address on file for your account. We'll then email your password to that address.

3. How do I change my personal information?
You can change the information in your Profile by clicking the "Edit Profile" link on your profile page.

4. Where do I report spammers or inappropriate content?
Please contact support@tadkalive.com with a link to the profile in question, and details of the offense.

5. What can I do if another Tadkalive user is harassing me?
The best thing to do is to simply ignore them. 99.9% of the time they will soon leave you alone. You can also add any offending users to your Ban list, by clicking the "Add Ban" link.

6. I'm having trouble uploading photos.
Make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the accepted formats (.gif, .jpg, .png). Also, make sure the filename is simple and short, with no spaces or non-standard characters, and that the file is less than 150K. If none of these suggestions work, it's possible that the image is corrupted.

7. How do I report an error?
